PawConX1.0.2 - App Store

When you’re at the dog park, do you find yourself alone and unsure of how to strike up a conversation with other dog parents, or if you should be making conversation with other dog parents? We've all had this problem, and now there is a solution. The PawConX app is your connection to the local dog community.

PawConX is a social community app designed to bring the dog community together to share in its collective knowledge and experience, making dog parenting easier, more fun and affordable. PawConX is unique because it helps foster hyper-local connectivity through natural interactions that occur in places where pet owners frequent with their pets, namely, dog parks. Using the proven concept of digital profiles and leveraging standard mobile technology, PawConX works to connect users within a 1,000-foot radius, fostering in-the-moment interpersonal interactions. These interactions allow dog owners to create a “dog pack” which is a micro-community of compatible dog owners who can schedule future playdates, share and receive trusted pet service provider information, or seek advice along the pet parenting journey.

MEET. CONNECT. PLAY
A misconception of the dog park or similar communities is that most are there just for dog-dog socialization; however, dog owners are also there to socialize. Using PawConX, you can courageously make the first move to communicate or comfortably share that you're open for communication without feeling intrusive or setting unwanted expectations.

The unique feature of PawConX is that it only connects to nearby/close range users in order to keep things predictable and facilitates connections through natural interactions. These interactions allow dog owners, like yourself, to create a “dog pack” which serves as a micro-community of trusted dog and dog owners with whom you can schedule playdates, share, or request pet care advice/recommendations, and, best of all, make new friends.

The PawConX app is brimming with amazing, useful features. Features like…
• non-publicly searchable profiles for dog owners and dogs
• quick and easy connections to dog park friends
• unlimited number of pack members
• option to deny or approve pack members
• built-in messaging platform
• and the best feature of all: a quick reminder of the names of your dog park friends so you’ll never forget again.

The vision for PawConX is to create more positive interpersonal and informational interactions between dog owners, which will remove barriers to social interaction by allowing both introverted and extroverted communication.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. Create a profile
2. See who’s nearby
3. Make a new friend
4. Build your dog pack
Dog and owner socializing made simple!

SECURITY AND USER PRIVACY
Your profile and dog profile are NEVER searchable via the internet. Users must be within direct line of sight (or within 1,000 ft) to appear as a nearby user. With a PawConX pack, you can build relationships and share information where pet related conversations are unbiased, and trust is absolute. Because you build your own dog pack, each member of your pack will positively impact your overall pet ownership experience.

The importance of the local dog community in the upbringing of our pets is evident. Instead of raising our pups in an isolated environment, it is much more gratifying for us and our dogs to socialize with a supportive “pack.” Plus, it’s simply more fun. With PawConX, you and your dog will thrive when the whole pack is involved in your journey. You don't have to do it alone. Join the PawConX community and become one with the Pack.
